Purchased the Haan a few years ago at amazon. Amazon has been a great place to buy but not this time. The Haan didnt worked. After using it on the floors it would leave a puddle of water. Tried returning it but the amazon seller told me to call Haan company to return it and the Haan company told me to contact the seller i purchased from Amazon to get money back or get another one.
